+ BRIANNA LEIGH BEAUTY, LLC POLICIES 

AGREEMENT TO POLICIES
By booking services with Brianna Leigh Beauty, LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the policies outlined on our FAQ & Policies page. These policies are hereby incorporated into this agreement as if fully set forth herein.

CLIENT CANCELLATIONS:
In the event of a cancellation by client, all previously paid fees including your retainer are non-refundable. If the event is cancelled by the client 91 days prior to the scheduled date, then remaining balance due will no longer apply. Cancellations 90 days or less prior to scheduled date, client will be required to pay the full balance due immediately upon cancellation.
Client should initially make Brianna Leigh Beauty aware of any cancellations in writing. Brianna Leigh Beauty will send a Cancellation Agreement that needs to be signed by the contracted party and approved by Brianna Leigh Beauty. If the contracted party fails to supply signed agreement, client will be required to pay full balance due.

CANCELLATION VIA BRIANNA LEIGH BEAUTY, LLC
In the event that the Brianna Leigh Beauty, LLC contracted artists are unable to perform their duties as makeup/hair artists due to (including but not limited to) unforeseen illness, accident, emergency, unforeseen circumstances, etc. Brianna Leigh Beauty will FIRST make every effort to find replacement artists for contracted date & will notify client as soon as new artists are secured.
In the event that Brianna Leigh Beauty, LLC cancels the contracted event due to (including but not limited to) unforeseen illness, accident, emergency, unforeseen circumstances, etc. the retainer and any previously paid fees, excluding the trial amount, paid by the client will be fully refunded, within 2 weeks of said cancellation. No remaining fees would be due if Brianna Leigh Beauty, LLC cancels this contract. Client agrees that the refund of 100% of the payments paid is the only liability to Brianna Leigh Beauty, LLC and its owners, employees and agents.
In the event that Brianna Leigh Beauty, LLC contracted artists cancel last minute, for any reason, after receiving payment in full by client, Brianna Leigh Beauty will FIRST make every effort to assign a new artist(s). In the case that a new artist can't be found, the client will be refunded for the services that cannot be rendered due to missing artist. (i.e. client books hair and makeup, hairstylist cancels last minute and no replacement can be found, client will still receive makeup by the makeup artist and will receive a refund for the hair services that could not be performed)

SANITATION & RIGHT TO REFUSE
The staff at Brianna Leigh Beauty, LLC takes hygiene very seriously. Our products and tools are properly sanitized to protect the health and safety of all of our clients. Any known skin conditions, allergies, infections, possible contagious illnesses of any kind must be reported to Brianna Leigh Beauty, LLC prior to any hair or makeup services/application. The health and safety of our team and their families as well as yours, your entire bridal party, and your guests is very important. Because of this, Brianna Leigh Beauty, LLC reserves the right to refuse any and all services to clients who are displaying symptoms of illness that may be contagious, including but not limited to, coughing, suspicious rashes, fever, vomiting, diarrhea, lice, “pink eye” etc. This will be considered acts beyond our control. In the event that we must refuse services to a client/s due to these issues, I understand the this will not be deemed a breach of contract in any way by Brianna Leigh Beauty, LLC, our staff will not be held liable and no monetary refunds will be made..

BULLYING, BERATING, HARRASSMENT, ETC.
We treat all clients with the utmost respect, and ask that our clients do the same. At no time and under no circumstances whatsoever shall we tolerate abusive, violent, destructive, menacing, or harassing behavior from a client or any party acting on behalf of client. If such behavior does occur, Brianna Leigh Beauty LLC will consider it a breach of contract, and 100% of any and all retainers/payments paid will be forfeit. Remaining fees will be due immediately regardless if further services were not commenced.

STYLIST ASSIGNMENT & CONSENT
+ The Client acknowledges and consents to hair and/or makeup services being performed by any artist or stylist contracted by Brianna Leigh Beauty LLC. While specific artist requests may be accommodated when possible, artist assignments are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing and confirmed by Brianna Leigh Beauty, LLC. The Client understands and agrees that the performance of services by any designated team member fulfills the contract in full.

RETAINER, PAYMENTS, ETC.
+ The client agrees to pay an initial non-refundable retainer fee of $100.00. This retainer will be applied to the final balance. An itemized invoice of all fees and services will be sent via email to the bride 14 days prior to the wedding date.
+ Payment is due morning-of event in cash, BEFORE any services can be performed. We also accept Venmo/Paypal/card payment if paid in full at least 6 business days prior.
+ For distances longer than 200 miles of round trip travel, FULL PAYMENT is due one week prior to scheduled event date!
