We streamline our process to make it as easy as possible! We require a signed contract & paid retainer to book your date! If you are local to Greensboro, NC and would like to meet Brianna in person, we offer a complimentary bridal consultation in the salon location! If your schedule doesn't allow, or you are too far away, an email or phone consult will also give you all the info you need! From there we can schedule a hair & makeup trial, hair and makeup for bridal portraits, boudoir photos, engagement photos, etc.
About 2-3 months before your wedding, we coordinate with your planner, photographer, venue & bridal party and build custom wedding day hair and makeup timelines to make the process the day-of go as smooth as possible!

TRAVEL FEES
+ For weddings/events with less than 99 miles round trip, travel will be charged as follows;
$0.75 per mile - round trip for EACH stylist OR $50 each stylist
(whichever is more)
+ For weddings/events with 100-249 miles round trip, travel will be charged as follows;
$0.65 per mile - round trip for first 2 stylists, $0.65 per mile for each additional stylist
+ For weddings & events with 250 miles or more round trip, travel will be charged as follows;
+ Please inquire
+ Holiday fees vary and will be charged if booking on all major holidays.
+ Extra Stylist fees apply when needing more than TWO stylists. ($50+ per each stylist)
+ Assistant fees may apply when necessary.
+ An automatic 15-20% Gratuity will be added on all invoices. (15% for one stylist bookings, 20% for 2+ stylist bookings)
+ Early morning fees may apply.
+ Will accommodate smaller parties for additional fees*, when able to.
+ TRIALS are held IN SALON, ONLY ON WEEKDAYS. If you need an on site trial, trials will immediately become full price and will not be eligible for the trial discounted rate.
RETAINER, PAYMENTS, ETC.
+ The client agrees to pay an initial non-refundable retainer fee of $100.00. This retainer will be applied to the final balance. An itemized invoice of all fees and services will be sent via email to the bride 14 days prior to the wedding date.
+ Payment is due morning-of event in cash, BEFORE any services can be performed. We also accept card payment if paid in full at least 3-4 days prior.
+ For distances longer than 200 miles of round trip travel, FULL PAYMENT is due one week prior to scheduled event date!
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
We suggest wearing a robe, wide neck tank top or button up when receiving hair and makeup services! This makes for an easy transition into your dress.
WHEN SHOULD I SCHEDULE MY TRIAL?
We highly recommend booking while waiting to get in for a trial. We do not hold dates unless we have a contract & retainer on file. We book out very quickly, and we definitely recommend securing your date as soon as possible!
Your trial can be done at any time, if planning to book a trial and bridal portraits in the same day, we recommend 2-3 months before your wedding date.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE?
+ If the event date is changed, every effort will be made on the part of the artist to accommodate the change by transferring all necessary services, etc. to the new date. In the event that the artist cannot provide the agreed upon services on the new date, you will be referred to a trusted company that provides similar services and is available for your new date. However, your retainer and any payments made towards agreed upon services will not be refunded.
+ In the event of a cancellation all previously paid fees including your retainer are non-refundable. If the event is cancelled by the client 31 days prior to the scheduled date, then remaining balance due will no longer apply. Cancellations 30 days or less prior to scheduled date, client will be required to pay the full balance due. Cancellations must be made in writing, signed by the contracted party and approved by artist. If the contracted party fails to supply written cancellation, client will be required to pay full balance due.
SANITATION & RIGHT TO REFUSE
The staff at Brianna Leigh Beauty, LLC takes hygiene very seriously. Our products and tools are properly sanitized to protect the health and safety of all of our clients. Any known skin conditions, allergies, infections, possible contagious illnesses of any kind must be reported to Brianna Leigh Beauty, LLC prior to any hair or makeup services/application. The health and safety of our team and their families as well as yours, your entire bridal party, and your guests is very important. Because of this, Brianna Leigh Beauty, LLC reserves the right to refuse any and all services to clients who are displaying symptoms of illness that may be contagious, including but not limited to, coughing, suspicious rashes, fever, vomiting, diarrhea, lice, “pink eye” etc. This will be considered acts beyond our control. In the event that we must refuse services to a client/s due to these issues, I understand the this will not be deemed a breach of contract in any way by Brianna Leigh Beauty, LLC, our staff will not be held liable and no monetary refunds will be made..
